How do I order laundry pickup and delivery?
Sign up online, choose your pickup and delivery days and times, pick recurring or as-needed service, and submit your order. It only takes a few minutes.
How do I make special requests?
When you schedule online, enter your requests in the Preferences and Special Instructions fields. That's where you can note detergent choices, sorting preferences, items to hang dry, gate codes, or where you'll leave your bag.
How should I prepare my laundry for pickup?
Gather your dirty laundry into a bag and set it out for the driver on your scheduled pickup day. We recommend laundry bags or trash bags that cinch closed so nothing falls out.
Do I have to be home for pickup and delivery?
No. Just leave your bag out where the driver can find it. Your driver will text you when they're on the way and when your laundry has been picked up, and you'll get another text when your laundry is on its way back.
Can I pause my service while I'm on vacation?
Yes. Recurring customers can suspend their service while they're away and pick back up when they return.
How will I be charged for pickup and delivery?
We ask for your credit or debit card when you place your order, but your card isn't charged until your laundry is finished and ready to be delivered.
How long until I get my laundry back?
